The machines must be installed by ARISTO or ARISTO trained and authorised technicians only.
The prices quoted here do not include the individual costs for installation and training at the site of the user. These costs must be quoted individually according to the users specific requirements.

The prices quoted here do not include the individual costs for packaging or shipping. These costs must be quoted individually according to the users specific requirements.
Terms
Prices
Prices are quoted ex works. All prices subject to German VAT. (n/a for Export sales).
Prices for toolheads and accessories are generally quoted in connection with an order for a new cutter system; prices for retrofits and supplementary parts on request.
Delivery time
Short-term on request.
Warranty
ARISTO warrants that the products sold hereunder will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation, but not longer than thirteen (13) months from the date of delivery, if the installation is delayed for reasons outside ARISTOs sphere and influence. The warranty expires if and when unauthorised interference with the product occurs or if and when unauthorised alterations are carried out. The warranty expires also when -where relevant- certain prescribed service intervals or required maintenance works are neglected or unduly delayed.
In connection with the delivery of complete machines or systems, or where certain precision requirements are critical, ARISTO does make it a precondition for the warranty, that such machines, systems or products must be unpacked, mounted, installed and set up at the customers site by qualified ARISTO-trained and -authorised personnel.

Expressly excluded from such warranty are defects or damages which have or may have been caused by ordinary wear and tear, excessive use or force, unauthorised interference, lack of professional maintenance and service, neglect of or non-compliance with manufacturers instructions, inappropriate climatic conditions, or defects resulting from electrical conditions exceeding the manufacturers maximum permissible specifications.
Under no circumstance shall ARISTO be held liable for damages or claims rising directly or indirectly from product defects, most notably for example, but not limited to: production downtime, missed deadlines, lost business.
Warranty claims, to become valid, must be sent in writing without delay upon the occurrence of the defect, to ARISTO or to the seller of the product, giving the serial number or the invoice number of the product or of the product it is part of, and giving proper descriptions and all available details of the defect and the situation in which it occurred. If the customer wishes that warranty works shall be carried out within his own premises, or at another location of his choice, the customer bears the costs for travel, traveltime and accommodation of the ARISTO technician(s).

If certain provisions or details of these Warranty Conditions should be unlawful or void, the remaining provisions and details shall remain valid and in force.
Service and Maintenance
ARISTO recommends strongly a maintenance contract to ensure optimum performance and value keeping of the equipment.
