BevelCutDevice
The BevelCutDevice can be used, for example, for the 45° cutting of materials such as X-board, Kappa or 3-fold corrugated board. This offers new possibilities for the processing of displays or rigid packaging.
It is equipped with a controlled (Z) height and (C) turn axis. It can therefore be used parallel to the, in the packaging industry proven creasing and cutting tool head, MultiHead IV.
- 45° knife, tangential controlled
- slanted cutting into the material through simultaneous movement of the Z- and X- or Y-axis
- 18 mm cutting depth
- controlled C-axis for the tangential drive
- controlled Z-axis for immersion to cutting depth
All functions are conveniently steered via the PC-software ARISTO CutterControlPanel.
This new tool is available for all ARISTOMATs of the TL and GL series, either as a stand-alone solution or in combination with other toolheads, e.g. MultiHead IV.
