The MultiHead IV – PRO has three tangentially controlled tools, one oscillating, up to two marking modules, a laser pointer as well as a colour camera for the automatic calibration system AutomaticEye and is suitable in this configuration for all applications. This enables aligning, cutting, creasing and marking without changing the tools, which increases the through-put and therefore also the profitability of this tool head. All tools are computer-controlled

The MultiHead IV – PRO is specially optimised for the digital diecutting of gaskets. With an oscillating tangential blade and extremely powerful drive, you cut soft material gaskets, elastic gaskets and also metal-reinforced gaskets quickly and precisely. A laser pointer and up to two optional marking modules round up this configuration. .
These MultiHeads are available for the ARISTO® TL, GL and LFC.
Process database
The efficiency is additionally increased by the access to the ARISTO database CutRecall. The setup for an already stored process is only a click away; the storing is carried out dialogue controlled after the process run. The setting up of new processes is shortened due to the database and the operating efficiency of the ARISTO Cutter is so consequently increased.
