ARISTO offers perfect economical solutions for the production of flat seals and gaskets. Our highest precision combined with strongest tool heads are guaranteeing the required Quality of your production. From single and individual pieces to small series production up to individual volumes. The cutting edge quality meets the highest technical requirements – with dimensional accuracy in the range of tenths of a millimeter.

With ARISTO´s own developed MultiHead technology, different materials can be processed without additional mounting times: e.g. rubber, silicone, plastic and even graphite gaskets with double or triple steel layers and more… . This is what makes our ARISTO^® flatbed cutters so versatile.

Which material do you want to process? Our flatbed cutters cut all common sealing materials. But ARISTO can do even more: if you want to use an exceptional material, we develop the appropriate cutting tools in our Process Center. We are not offering just a cutting equipment, we are offering YOUR cutting solution!

Whether in apparatus or pipeline construction, in various industries or in power supply, wind craft or solar energy, aviation, naval or automotive – there is hardly an area in which flat seals are not used. The shapes are correspondingly diverse: whether round, angular, with or without screw holes, whether flat or as a ring: there are no limits to the variety. Neither is the universally applicable flatbed cutter from ARISTO^®.

Strong and secured fixation through matrix vacuum zones

The material is securely fixed without a mechanical clamping device. The integrated vacuum system only fixes it in the corresponding zone. Important for your TCO, it significantly reduces energy consumption.

Clear edges with a V-notch-cutter

All required tools are mounted at the same time, no tool head change during the job. Straight and curved cutting lines, HighSpeedCutting, different Bevel Angels, … ARISTO offers an outstanding unique solution.

Time savings through optimized workflow

The ARISTO software, tried and tested thousands of times, ensures a smooth workflow and greater efficiency. The cutting data are taken directly from the CAD system.
